We started in 1984 as a major contractor to the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) Ltd.  We provided the company with the following services:

• Provision of light vehicles on lease
• Provision of Medium and Heavy Duty vehicles/Equipment on lease 
• Provision of drivers/operators. 
• Provision of maintenance services for all categories of vehicles/equipment.

We feel proud to state that since l984, we have remained a major contractor to the Nigerian Agip Oil Company in all of its locations (Brass,Kwale,Ebocha, Ob-Ob,and Port Harcourt).
 

In 1998, we won more contract for the:

• Provision of logistics services 
• Provision of generator maintenance services 
• Green River projects 
• Telecommunications services 
• Procurement and ware housing 
• Provision of technical manpower 
• Gas Utilization project 
• Installation Kit Gas Tartarini

In l992, we won our first contract with the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited for the supply of light vehicles with drivers.

In 1996, we won two major contracts from the company:
Light vehicles maintenance and the provision of drivers contract.  

The  scope of this contract was later enlarged in 1998 to cover the following areas:

• Management of the entire drivers (0ver 350) 
• Scheduling and dispatching of all light vehicles. 
• Provision of licenses and other legal documentation. 
• Fuelling services in Port Harcourt and Egbema. 
• Driver testing, training and certification services. 
• Ad-Hoc Hire for all categories of vehicles. 
• In-Vehicle-Monitoring-System (IVMS). Decoding, Repairs and Reporting. 
• Fleet Documentations, Reporting and Control.
• Quality Control and Pre-Mob Services. 
• VRR (Vehicle Replacement and Repair) services. 
• Government Affairs (stickers, permits etc) 
• Washing Ramp services.

Contract for the maintenance and operation of all trucks, equipment and vehicles of SPDC at the Soku Gas Plant.  The contract includes the provision of logistics services.

In Sept.2001, we won the now popular JUMBO for SPDC-EAST Logistics operations and this contract is still running. The scope of this contract is as follows:

Maintenance, servicing, operation, recovery, cleaning and replacement of SHELL’s Owned Light Vehicle Fleet[ operational and expatriate staff cars] to support SHELL operations in the Eastern Division;

Management, administration, scheduling, dispatching and operation, on a day to day basis, of operational vehicles allocated to the divisional pool;


Such other WORKS as are incidental to the satisfactory performance of the required WORKS;

• Provision and mobilization of all resources including labor, plant/ equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the works in accordance with the contract.
• Provision of safe standards, work practices and proper personnel and materials, free from defects  and suitable for the intended works.
• Complying with all applicable statutory and SHELL laws/regulations, and social responsibilities as required for the contract.

From l995, we have been engaged in the maintenance of different categories of vehicles belonging to elf nigeria ltd in Port Harcourt. 

We started on ad-hoc basis with the company and months after, the company got sufficiently impressed with our performance that they awarded us the major contract for maintenance of their light and medium duty vehicles/trucks.

From 2004 we won the contract for Hiring of light and medium vehicles in Port-Harcourt operation area.

This contract is still running till-date.

In 2004 we won a four year contract for Hiring of vehicle in Port-Harcourt operation.

The company got sufficiently impressed with our performance that in 2005 they awarded us the contract for rental of vehicle in their Lagos operational base.

Also in 2006 we were awarded the contract for Hiring of vehicle in Port-Harcourt and other field operational base.
